Who is responsible

Applied Privacy Consulting is responsible for the personal data described here. To ask a question or make a request about your data, contact rasha.hisham@appliedprivacyconsulting.com.

What we collect, and why

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. We use them solely to reply to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. We do not sell this information, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

The form is delivered by email through our email provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Inquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship they concern, and are deleted when that is no longer true.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses the following third-party tools. The tools that set cookies load only after you accept them; declining means they are never downloaded, not merely disabled.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent deletes the cookies these tools set and reloads the page, after which nothing is downloaded again unless you say yes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these, contact rasha.hisham@appliedprivacyconsulting.com. If you are in the UK or EU and believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.

Changes

If what this site does with personal data changes, this notice changes with it — it is generated from the site's actual configuration rather than maintained separately.
